The Jervaulx Singers are an acclaimed British professional vocal ensemble celebrated for their expressive musicianship, innovative narrative programming, and vibrant storytelling through song.
Based in North Yorkshire and taking their name from the historic ruins of Jervaulx Abbey, the ensemble was founded in 2021 by co-directors Charlie Gower-Smith and Jenny Bianco. The group comprises some of the UK’s finest professional choral and solo voices, united by a shared passion for delivering technically pristine, emotionally resonant performances. Since their inception, the Jervaulx Singers have thrilled audiences at premier arts festivals and concert societies across the country, including featured appearances at the Swaledale Festival, Grassington Festival, Peak Music Concert Society, the University of Leeds Concert Series, and York Concerts. Their extensive touring footprint spans major cultural hubs across the UK, including regular performances in London, Cardiff, Reading, Swansea, and throughout Yorkshire.
