If we are using a digital stage piano setup, the equipment must be positioned on a completely dry, flat surface with full overhead shelter (such as a gazebo or marquee canopy) and direct access to safe electrical power to protect against the changing British weather.

If our pianist is using the venue's own acoustic piano, you must ensure the instrument has been professionally tuned to concert pitch immediately prior to the event.
